Service Availability
Our services are available to individuals with complex mental and physical needs who are looking for person-centred and culturally inclusive support.
Capacity Building
Plan Navigation Support
We help participants better understand their NDIS goals and connect with relevant services, including referrals to plan managers, therapists, and other supports. While we don’t offer formal Support Coordination, we’re always happy to guide participants toward the right direction.
NDIS Guidance
Capacity-building activities focus on enhancing skills, independence, and community engagement for individuals with disabilities. Our mentoring-based supports help participants build confidence, life skills, independence, and stronger social connections. From emotional regulation to routine-setting, we focus on supporting your growth at your pace.
We provide general guidance on how the NDIS works, how to prepare for plan reviews, and how to explore services available to you. For funding-specific advice, we’ll always connect you with the appropriate plan manager or support coordinator.
